On November 3, Hikmat Hajiyev, Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the President Administration, said on Twitter that Armenian armed forces continue to use white phosphorous projectiles against the civilian population of Azerbaijan.
“Armenia continues to use white phosphorus projectiles against civilians in the Tartar district of Azerbaijan. Unexploded phosphorus ordinance was neutralized by ANAMA,” Hajiyev tweeted.
