Armenian Shells Destroy Numerous Houses and Civilian Infrastructure
The Armenian armed forces launched a large-scale provocation on 27 September, firing intensively at the positions of the Azerbaijani Army on the frontline from various-calibre weapons, mortars, and artillery.
The military and political leadership of Armenia fires heavy weapons at civilian settlements and continues to commit various crimes against the civilian population, in gross violation of their obligations under the Geneva Convention.
The enemy has fired intensively at Gapanli village in Tartar, Chiragli and Orta Garvand in Aghdam, Alkhanli and Shukurbeyli in Fuzuli, Jojug Marjanli in Jabrayil and several other villages in Goranboy and Dashkasan, heavily damaging numerous houses and civilian infrastructure and destroying small and large cattle, farms, and vehicles.
