‘Dear Mr. President,
We wholeheartedly support the successful counter-offensive operation launched by the Azerbaijani Army in response to the military provocation of the Armenian armed forces. The successes of our army inspire great joy and infinite pride in all of us, Azerbaijanis.
Karabakh is our ancestral land. The entire world recognizes Nagorno-Karabakh as an integral part of Azerbaijan and our fight today is the fight for justice. All citizens of Azerbaijan stand with You, our state, and the Azerbaijani Army as one, and we are confident that the Azerbaijani Army will win over the enemy under Your Supreme Command and the Azerbaijani flag will soon undulate in our ancestral land of Karabakh. Our compatriots, displaced from their homes for almost thirty years, will soon be able to return to their homelands.
We believe that we will win in this fight for justice, and we wish You and our army success on this path.
Sincerely,
Arif Aliyev.

‘Dear Mr. President, Supreme Commander-in-Chief,
As a citizen and a teacher, I would like to say that we all welcome the steps You have taken regarding the recent events and support You wholeheartedly.
We understand that You have taken these steps, announced martial law status and commanded to counter-attack to end the 30-year-long suffering of the Azerbaijani people, to have our martyrs rest in peace in their graves and to liberate our lands from occupation for the prosperity of our future generations.
Of course, we will have martyrs in our fight for honour. Yet we know that freedom is not bestowed, it is earned at the cost of blood. Therefore, the ruthlessness of the enemy and the horrors of war cannot frighten the people of Azerbaijan. The news of the liberation of the villages of Garakhanbeyli, Garvand, Ashaghi Abdurrahmanli, Yukhari Abdurrahmanli, Horadiz in Fuzuli, Nuzgar and Boyuk Marjanli in Jabrayil and the Murov Height thanks to successful military operations by our army the other day caused great joy and optimism among the entire nation.
We believe that Your accurate policy and the determination and valour of the Azerbaijani Army will lead to the destruction of the enemy and complete liberation of our lands, which will finally soothe the aching hearts of martyrs’ mothers.
Supreme Commander-in-Chief, rest assured that the people of Azerbaijan unanimously support You on this difficult, yet honourable path.
Sincerely,
Leyla Ibadova Veli qizi.
