Famous Azerbaijanis Voluntarily Join the Front
It had been 6 days since the battles for the liberation of our lands from occupation along the frontline and the appeals of our youth to join the battles voluntarily. These also included athletes, artists, and children of officials.
Taekwondo player, and First European Games Champion Aykhan Tahigzadeh, was also summoned to military service, which he posted about on his social media accounts. Notably, he was born to the family of taekwondo coach Avaz Taghiyev.
Another athlete to join the battles is the 30-year-old MMA fighter Tofig Musayev. Master of mixed martial arts, Musayev has won 18 fights so far.
The former player at the ‘Baku’ football club, Valeh Seyidov, has also joined the frontline. Notably, Valeh is the only son of the former ‘Baku’ vice-president, Yashar Seyidov.
The police colonel, head of the department at State Traffic Police of the Main Police Department of Baku City (MPDBC) has also sent his son off to the front. His son, Parvin Asadov, has joined the battles voluntarily.
Rovshan Hasanov (DJ Roshka), a famous Azerbaijani DJ, is also among the conscripts. His friends shared posts about his joining the frontline on their social media accounts.
