Helpless Enemy Targets Building for IDPs
The enemy had no might left to withstand the attacks of the Azerbaijani army on the battlefield, especially in the last days of the war. They, however, continued to launch artillery fire on civilian settlements and homes along the frontline.
Shikarkh settlement, Gapanli, Eskipara, and Shahlaabad villages in Tartar were subjected to intensive artillery fire by the units of the Armenian armed forces on 1 November, which became a heavily discussed and condemned topic on social media. Images, depicting damage to the houses and infrastructure after the attack, were mainly on the agenda.
The most shared among them were the images of a residential complex built for internally displaced persons in Tartar.
