Armenian atrocity during funeral in Azerbaijan’s Tartar (AzVision)

The Armenian armed forces, in gross violation of the humanitarian ceasefire, continue to shell Azerbaijan’s Tartar district.

On October 15, Armenian troops again shelled the civilian population of Tartar.
