Armenian armed forces have been blatantly violating the ceasefire regime and continuing to fire large-calibre weapons and artillery at our army positions and residential areas since 27 September. Targeting the civilian population and infrastructure, the enemy has been dropping shells and prohibited bombs on Azerbaijani citizens, regions and villages.
