Enemy is targeting the peaceful population of Tartar
On the front line, the enemy, unable to withstand the counterattack of the Azerbaijani Army, continues to fire at settlements and civilian homes in the frontline areas.
As in other regions located on the frontline, in Tartar as a result of the shelling of residential areas, civilians have been killed and injured, and houses and infrastructure have been seriously damaged. The Azerbaijani Army gives a worthy response to the enemy's provocation.
By firing at civilians, Armenia demonstrates that it uses terrorist means against civilians and once again grossly violates international humanitarian law.
Azərbaycan Ordusunun sentyabrın 27-də işğalçı Ermənistan silahlı qüvvələrinə
qarşı başladığı əks-hücum əməliyyatında əldə etdiyi möhtəşəm qələbələr haqqında
