Today at about 6 a.m. the armed forces of Armenia carried out a large scale provocation and intensively fired at the positions of the Azerbaijani army at the front-line and our settlements with large-caliber weapons, mortars and artillery of various calibers.
Currently, the Armed Forces of Azerbaijan are staffed in accordance with the requirements of the law and the defence of territorial integrity of the Republic of Azerbaijan is ensured by Azerbaijani Army.
Being in tolerant and multicultural values in the Republic of Azerbaijan, all nationalities live in friendly and safety atmosphere. Some foreign sites, information agencies and social media users spread provocative information to decrease the success of Armed Forces of Azerbaijan. It is not true that national minorities are sent to front-line by force and that information is denied firmly by State Service for Mobilization and Conscription.
We note that if necessary not depending on ethnic origin, reserve officers in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation will be called to the local structural divisions of the Service and will be involved to relevant measures to ensure the defence of the country and security of state.
