Death toll from Armenia's missile attack on Azerbaijan’s Barda rises to 21

On October 28th, at around 1 pm, the hostile armed forces using cluster bombs prohibited by international law launched attacks at densely populated areas of Barda district, where trade facilities are located. As a result, 21 civilians were killed and over 70 civilians were wounded. Civil infrastructure facilities and vehicles were extensively damaged.

On October 28, at about 07.30 am, the Armenian armed forces subjected the territory of the Terter region to artillery fire.

Damage to the population

Armenian vandalism: 2228 houses and 415 civilian objects were damaged

The military-political leadership of the aggressor Armenia continues to commit acts of terrorism against the civilian population, grossly violating the norms and principles of international law.

As a result of Armenians' shelling residential settlements from September 27 until now, 415 civilian facilities, 92 multi-storey buildings, and 2228 houses have been seriously damaged.
