Indonesian websites such as "akurat.co.id", "telusur.co.id", "republika.co.id" and other media outlets, including ANTARA State Information Agency published news about the Armenian missile strike on Ganja city based on the statement released by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan.
It was stressed that as a result of the third strike on Azerbaijan’s second-largest city Ganja, which is situated far from the contact line, 13 civilians, including two kids, were killed and more than 40 were heavily injured.
In the statement, it was underlined that the purposeful targeting of peaceful people by the Armenian leadership grossly violating the norms and principles of international law, including international humanitarian law, as well as the declared humanitarian ceasefire, was a war crime against humanity, and Armenia bears full responsibility for this crime.
Media agencies noted that the Armenian aggression and attacks against the civilian population must be stopped and the international community must condemn Armenia’s inhumane acts against the Azerbaijani population.
The articles strongly condemned Armenian attacks against the Azerbaijani civilian population demanding the occupant country to stop the war crimes. It was stated that the political-military leadership of Armenia, which raised terrorism to the level of state policy, was responsible for its decision to fire rockets at the civilian population.
