Horadiz does not fear Armenian provocations (Azertag)
Armenian fascists continue targeting our civilians along the front line from heavy artillery, killing and injuring innocent people, destroying their settlements.
One of such targeted settlements is the city of Horadiz. Unafraid of the enemy provocations, the people of Horadiz are back to their routine household chores.
We once again witnessed the bravery of the residents as we spoke to them. Elchin Guliyev said: ‘Why should we even fear the Armenians? We have a powerful army that retaliates timely, expelling them from our lands. We rejoice the victory tides from the front line every day.’
Khaladdin Jafarov confessed that they follow every move of the Azerbaijani soldiers: ‘We see our army perform true heroism every day. We, too, are ready to take up arms for our lands. These lands are ours. Everyone knows that. What is the enemy even doing here? Like our president said, if the Armenian soldiers do not want to die, they must quit our lands. I am confident that we will continue hearing the news of victory from the front line’, he concluded.
Since early morning on 27 September, the Armenian armed forces launched a large-scale provocation campaign, firing intensively large-calibre weapons, mortars, and artillery at the positions of the Azerbaijani Army along the front line and residential areas of Azerbaijan. They targeted civilians, destroying and severely damaging their houses, property and infrastructure. The command of the Azerbaijani Army has decided to launch a counter-attack operation along the entire frontline to prevent the combat campaign of the Armenian armed forces and to ensure the safety of our civilian population.
