The diplomat stated that Armenian armed forces targeted one of the largest cities of Azerbaijan, Ganja located far from the contact line. Currently, other cities of Azerbaijan such as Barda, Tartar, Aghjabadi, Beylagan, Mingechevir, and other settlements have been subjected to intensive fire.
“With such actions, the enemy tries to provoke us to provocation. Thus, Armenia intends to involve a third party in the conflict. However, the most frightening fact is that Armenia uses the militants of the Syrian wing of the PKK terrorist organization from Lebanon and other countries of the Middle East. Additionally, the Armenian leadership appealed to Armenians living all over the world to organize the gathering of mercenaries and send them to the conflict zone, calling on all Armenians in the world to participate in this war.
