Egyptian news portals ‘Nile1’ and ‘Aldiplomasy’ have published an article about Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration Hikmet Hajiyev’s statements and information of the Ministry of Defense about the recent situation on the contact line.
The Egyptian media also presented H. Hajiyev's statements on the intensive shelling of the Tartar region of Azerbaijan by the Armenian armed forces and the deliberate targeting of the civilian population.
Besides, Egyptian people were informed that the Azerbaijani Army inflicted heavy blows on the enemy along the contact line and liberated important positions from occupation.
Apart from that, the article stated Armenian President Armen Sarkisian's interview with ‘Al-Jazeera TV’ channel, where he shared information about many mercenaries fighting in the Nagorno-Karabakh region of Azerbaijan within the Armenian military units.
