Armenian leadership will pay heavy price for ordering attacks on civilians - military expert (Trend)
It has been more than a month since the Azerbaijani Army has achieved success in counter-offensive operations on the battlefield, both in the northern and southern directions, said military expert Ruslan Imamguliyev.
He noted that the state border of Azerbaijan in the southern direction has already been restored.
“As the Supreme Commander-in-Chief noted, the Azerbaijani Army will liberate all lands from occupation, and all the country’s borders will be restored. The successes of the Azerbaijani Army have put Armenia in a hopeless situation, the Armenian army is on its last legs. Using long-range rocket artillery, it treacherously attacks many populated areas in Azerbaijan. The Armenian armed forces are deliberately committing war crimes by striking civilians who have nothing to do with the fighting,” the military expert said.
Imamguliyev pointed out that the attack carried out against Barda was yet another atrocity and genocide.
“The world community should not remain silent, there should be no double standards. Armenia is spreading fake news in an attempt to convince the world of its lies. The Azerbaijani Army carry out not only counter-offensive operations, but also neutralize only military installations to restore peace in their lands as part of peace enforcement operations,” he added.
The military expert emphasized that the provocations committed by Armenia in territories located far from the combat zone will not go unanswered.
“Armenia’s political leadership and this country’s armed forces will pay a heavy price for their actions. The Azerbaijani Army, having shown its will, will completely liberate the occupied territories,” Imamguliyev concluded.
