Armenian troops shell residential settlements in Azerbaijan’s Aghjabadi (AZERTAC)
On the morning of October 30, Azerbaijan’s Goranboy, Tartar, Aghdam and Aghjabadi districts were sentenced to artillery shelling by Armenian armed forces.
Elchin Abbasov, a resident of a village in Aghjabadi district, said that houses, auxiliary buildings and farms were damaged as a result of the enemy’s artillery fire.
“However, the enemy’s shelling does not affect the mood of the residents. Everyone trusts our army and believes that victory will be near. Our village is under fire every day. The shells fired this morning damaged my house, as well as the houses of my brother, sister, and our neighbor. But life in our village goes on as always,” the resident said.
Another resident Kamran Ismayilov said that although several shells hit his house and yard, he did not leave his house. “Until today, 3 shells have landed in my yard. In the morning, when we were feeding the cattle, our village was fired upon again. One of the shells fell on my house and exploded. All this is an indicator of the brutality and barbarism of Armenians. They cannot withstand our army on the battlefield. Instead, they shoot civilians,” he added.
