In his interview with the Indian TV9 channel, Assistant to the Azerbaijani First Vice-President Elchin Amirbayov informed the Indian public about the latest events regarding the Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

The official said that 13 civilians of Ganja, including 2 children, were killed and more than 40 people were injured as a result of this terrorist act, which was committed using "Elbrus" and "Tochka-U" cruise missiles.

Amirbayov highlighted that Ganja and Mingachevir, another large city of Azerbaijan, which were located far from the limits of the combat zone, have been subjected to rocket fire for the fourth time. It is proof of the helplessness of the Armenian leadership, which knows that it will suffer greater defeats on the battlefield. Denying the peaceful settlement of the conflict and grossly violating the Moscow agreements on a humanitarian ceasefire, Armenia challenges the international community once again. We hope that the international community, and especially the co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group, will react strongly to these missile attacks, which are crimes against humanity.

The Indian public was informed that the victorious Azerbaijani Army had liberated Fuzuli city and its seven regions after 27 years.

“All responsibility for the consequences of this war crime lies with the military and political leadership of Armenia, first of all, with Prime Minister Pashinyan, who is a war criminal. He will have to answer before the international tribunal,” Amirbayov noted.

Azərbaycan Ordusunun sentyabrın 27-də işğalçı Ermənistan silahlı qüvvələrinə qarşı başladığı əks-hücum əməliyyatında əldə etdiyi möhtəşəm qələbələr haqqında bundan sonra kitablar yazılacaq, filmlər çəkiləcək. Amma indidən tam əminliklə deyə bilərik ki, cəbhə uğurlarımızın ən başlıca səbəbi Prezident, Ali Baş Komandan İlham Əliyevin həyata keçirdiyi güclü dövlət, güclü ordu strategiyası, milli birlik və döyüşçülərimizin ruh yüksəkliyi idi.
