Villager: ‘We’re waiting for victory news from our heroic soldiers’ (Azertac)
Armenian armed forces continue to shell the densely populated settlements, residential buildings and civilian facilities in Azerbaijan.
On the night of October 2, the enemy began to intensively fire at Aghdam’s settlements. In addition to the district’s villages located close to the contact line, the settlements of Guzanli, Imamgulubeyli, and Birinji Alibeyli, as well as the villages of Khindiristan and Pashabeyli, which are far from the contact line, were also sentenced to the fire. As a result, residential houses, auxiliary buildings and farms were damaged.
Despite the intense fire by the enemy forces, the morale of the population is high. Aghdam residents rely on the Azerbaijani Army and do not leave their homes.
Khindiristan villager Araz Jafarov said: “As you can see, the treacherous enemy is firing both on our village and other villages. However, we are not going to leave our homes. We strongly believe that our powerful army will soon defeat the enemy and liberate our occupied lands. We are all proud of our army and waiting for victory news from our heroic soldiers.”
