Enemy Opens Fire on Civilians in Tartar: Two Brothers Dead
The military-political leadership of Armenia continues to conduct a hypocritical and non-constructive policy, instructing their armed forces to fire artillery intensively on the densely populated areas, such as district and village centres and civil infrastructure – hospitals, medical centres, schools, and kindergartens.
A shell, fired at around 7 p.m. on 28 September, fell into the courtyard of an apartment building, constructed for the disabled and internally displaced persons in the Shikh Arkh settlement in Tartar, killing two Tartar residents, 1981-born Khalig Abbasov Asif oghlu and his brother 1987-born Elshan Abbasov Asif oghlu. 1984-born Seymur Mammadov Fuzuli oghlu and 1989-born Faig Mahmudov Malik oghlu have been hospitalized with various degree injuries.
