Budapest Protests Ganja Terror
Our compatriots in Hungary have held an authorized rally in front of the ‘St. Stephen’s Basilica’ cathedral in downtown Budapest to protest Armenian military provocations and raise awareness about the truths of Azerbaijan among the Hungarian public.
The State Committee for Work with Diaspora reports that the event was organized by the Azerbaijani Hungarian Youth Union and the Azerbaijan House in Budapest and attended by the representatives of the Azerbaijani diaspora and Turkic communities, our compatriots studying in the country and locals. The event participants carried Azerbaijani, Turkish, and Hungarian flags and posters in English and Hungarian, calling ‘Karabakh is Azerbaijan!’, ‘Stop Armenian aggression!’, “Pray for Ganja!’, ‘Stop Armenian occupation!’, etc. They raised awareness on the vandalism acts committed by the Armenian armed forces in Ganja and other Azerbaijani residential territories, thus killing civilians, including children, and destroying civilian infrastructure. They called it a true crime against humanity.
They concluded the event with reading out the statement accepted on the Ganja terror, distributing brochures on Armenian aggression among the locals, and informing the media on Armenian vandalism.
