Jeyhun Bayramov: If Armenia performs imitation, there is always a risk of resumption of hostilities
Armenia must seriously fulfill its obligations, return to the negotiation process in full seriousness and take real steps.
If Armenia performs imitation and does not take serious steps, there is always a risk of resumption of military operations. At present, Armenia ignores the requirements of the document signed in Moscow, and despite the declaration of a temporary ceasefire, military operations continue.
The Azerbaijani side expressed its position on France's unilateral and biased support for Armenia. We must express our position on such cases and should not refrain from dialogue. No matter how difficult it may be to deliver a just word, it is possible to achieve it.
Russia is a neighbor of Azerbaijan. We have strategic relations with Russia. Over the past 10 days, we have witnessed a balanced approach by Russia to Azerbaijan and Armenia, and the neutral position has been maintained. Russia calls for an immediate end to the conflict, and we welcome this.
