Sports Community Visits Soldiers at Frontline
A group, representing the sports community in Azerbaijan, has visited the frontline in solidarity with the victorious Azerbaijani Army, who is now worthily retaliating to the large-scale enemy provocations and inflicting crushing blows on them.
The event was organized by BrendSport.az portal. They have also delivered the letters, written by the pupils at 121 Secondary School in Bina, Khazar, within the ‘Letters to a Karabakh Soldier’ project. The school students poured their hearts and souls into those messages to the frontline and expressed their full confidence in our soldiers.
The group leaving for the frontline meeting included members of the Public Union of Azerbaijani Sportsmen, Professional Boxing Federation, Children and Youth Sports School 1 of Olympic Reserves, the Jangi sports club, and the staff at BrendSport.az.
Hijran Sharijov, Honorary Sportsman with Olympic and Shohrat orders, spoke of the heroism of our army and our people’s wholehearted trust in our Armed Forces under the Supreme Command of President Ilham Aliyev and wished our soldiers further victories in Karabakh.
Leaving the event with the greatest impressions, the guests promised to make more visits as such.
