Another Manifestation of People-Army Unity
Delivering gifts to military units has already become a tradition of sorts in the autonomous republic. The Combined Arms Army press service reports that Hikmat Mukhtarov, a citizen of Garachug village in Nakhchivan, has delivered gifts to the military unit, thus continuing the wonderful tradition that manifests the people-army unity. While speaking to the soldiers, Mukhtarov wished them much success in their difficult, yet honourable service, adding that the invincible unity between the people and the army boosts the strength of our army. He then handed the gifts he brought to the military unit.
The farmers of Sharur are also keen to continue this gesture of kindness. Different enterprises and farmers continue collecting and delivering fruit and vegetables, and various food gifts for the army. Residents of Alishar in Sharur, Rashadat Abdullayev, Maharram Isgandarov, Hasan Mammadov, residents of Jalilkand Yagub Taghiyev and Mohammed Taghiyev and resident of Sharur city Faig Abbasov have put together various vegetables and foodstuffs for the soldiers. The farmers have additionally sent to military units 300 kilograms of meat, 8 tons of onions, over 8 tons of potatoes, 50 kilograms of cheese and 40 litres of milk.
The Sadarak District Executive office and administrations, numerous enterprises, organizations, and the residents have also visited the units, bearing gifts. Mahir Valiyev, employee at the executive power office, and Zamin Karimov, a Sadarak resident, have wished further success to our soldiers at the event held on the occasion. The soldiers thanked them for the wonderful gifts in return.
The team at Kangarli District Executive Power has also visited one of the military units of the Combined Arms Army, bearing gifts. They spoke of the powerful people-army unity and wished success to our soldiers and servicemen in their honourable service during their heartfelt conversation.
