A 14-year-old child killed in Armenian shelling of Agjabadi
Armenia's military-political leadership continues to commit acts of terror against civilians in gross violation of the norms and principles of international law.
In heavy artillery strike of civilian houses by the occupying country's armed forces in different directions of Agjabadi region on October 4, Isgandarov Farid Dilafat oglu, born in 2006, a resident of Taynaq village was killed. Moreover, many civilian infrastructure facilities were severely damaged.
Agjabadi District Prosecutor's Office launched criminal proceedings under the Articles 100.2 (aggressive warfare), 120.2.1 (deliberate murder by a criminal organization), 120.2.4 (premeditated murder committed with special cruelty or in a generally dangerous way), 120.2.12 (intentional killing with intent to cause national, racial, religious hatred or enmity), 186.3 (intentional destruction or damage to property, especially with extensive damage) and others.
The prosecutor's office is carrying out all possible investigative measures in combat situations.
