Reportage from Ganja, which came under Armenian artillery fire again (Azertac)
Armenian troops, which were forced to retreat by decisive and crushing blows of the brave Azerbaijani Army, continue to shell residential settlements.
On October 8, at around 4:00 am, Armenian armed forces again launched a missile attack on the city of Ganja, inflicting damage on several civilian facilities, a residential building, and a car. Fortunately, no casualties were reported.
The Azerbaijani Army immediately took adequate measures, inflicting crushing blows on the enemy.
Entrepreneur Janpolad Huseynov, whose facility was damaged by Armenia’s artillery fire, said he was at home during the incident.
“I was informed that a shell fell near my store. I came and saw that the store was heavily damaged. I don't regret it at all. Everything is a sacrifice for our soldiers. The main thing is to be safe. May Allah protect our country, our army, our Commander-in-Chief! We trust our President and our army. The dishonorable Armenians want to scare us by targeting the civilian population. They do not have the courage to fight against the Azerbaijani Army. The enemy knows that it is unable to withstand our army. That's why it targets civilians. The inhabitants of Ganja are brave and patient. We're here until we die. Let the enemy know that Karabakh is Azerbaijan, Karabakh is ours,” Huseynov added.
Another entrepreneur named Natig Guliyev said that the enemy keeps targeting Ganja on purpose.
“This city is located far from the front. Their intention to frighten the residents of Ganja will fail. Each resident is in his own home. We trust our army and our state. The Azerbaijani Army will soon show the enemy its rightful place,” he said.
Yahya Mikayilov is one of those whose facility was damaged by Armenia’s artillery strikes.
“We want our land to be freed, and we are fighting for it. We have nowhere to go but Ganja. We were born in Ganja, and we will die here. God bless our army! The news of victory from the front makes us very happy. We are waiting for news of victory every day,” he added.
