Strikes by Armenian armed forces cause serious damages to civilian property
Violating the norms and principles of international law rudely, the Armenian armed forces cause destructions and fires in civilian facilities, and continue damaging state and private property, hitting Azerbaijani settlements with high population density, civilian facilities, including private and apartment buildings, households, using heavy artillery installations and missiles.
The shell strike by the Armenian armed forces caused fire in the combustible constructions of the private house and the household facility in the yard belonging to a citizen in Tartar city. The relevant forces of the State Fire Protection Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, involved in the area, protected most of the house nearby, to which the fire had passed, from the fire.
Fire broke out in two flats in two-storied apartment building in Tartar city due to the shell strike by the adversary. The flats were protected from fire partly.
Also, the roof and combustible constructions of the ceiling of the private house belonging to a citizen, and the combustible constructions of the roof of the house belonging to another citizen burnt in Tartar city. The rest of the houses were protected from the fire.
Besides, information was received on fires in seven private houses, and a trade facility in Tartar city, due to shell strike. But, because of intensive shelling by the adversary, it was impossible to intervene in the fires.
The shell strike by the adversary to Beylagan city demolished the house belonging to a citizen fully, and the constructions of the roof of two private houses nearby were also destroyed of the impact of the strike. The corpses of two people were removed from under the destructions and handed over appropriately by the relevant forces of the Civil Defence Forces, Mugan Regional Centre and State Fire Protection Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations involved in the area.
Note that, the Ministry of Emergency Situations operates in enhanced mode to immediately eliminate the damages and fires caused to various facilities, including civil facilities, and private and apartment buildings, infrastructure facilities by the adversary’s artillery strikes.
