Malaysian parliament strongly condemns Armenia's military provocations

The Malaysian-Azerbaijani Parliamentarian Friendship Group in the House of Representatives of the Malaysian Parliament has issued a statement strongly condemning the ongoing military provocations of Armenia against our country.

"As the members of Malaysia - The Republic of Azerbaijan Friendship Group in the Parliament of Malaysia, we condemn attacks by the armed forces of Armenia launched on September 27, 2020 against Azerbaijan. We immediately urge the Government of Armenia to stop every single attempt violating basic imperatives of international law, as well as the fundamental demands of international humanitarian documents. Avoiding use of force and considering power of diplomatic efforts, the Government of Armenia must promptly follow constructive negotiations to achieve peaceful settlement of the conflict with Azerbaijan.

All members of our friendship group deeply regret that Armenia's above-mentioned offensive is not only against peace and prosperity in the region of South Caucasus, but also undermines Malaysia's very recent initiative dated June 23, 2020 by achieving support of 171 United Nations Member States, to launch a "Statement of Support to the UN Secretary-General's Appeal for a Global Ceasefire amid the COVID-19 Pandemic targeting international cooperation and mutual trust. Furthermore, we extend our condolences to the families of those killed, wishing a speedy recovery to the injured."

Azərbaycan Ordusunun sentyabrın 27-də işğalçı Ermənistan silahlı qüvvələrinə qarşı başladığı əks-hücum əməliyyatında əldə etdiyi möhtəşəm qələbələr haqqında bundan sonra kitablar yazılacaq, filmlər çəkiləcək. Amma indidən tam əminliklə deyə bilərik ki, cəbhə uğurlarımızın ən başlıca səbəbi Prezident, Ali Baş Komandan İlham Əliyevin həyata keçirdiyi güclü dövlət, güclü ordu strategiyası, milli birlik və döyüşçülərimizin ruh yüksəkliyi idi.
