Zlatko Lagumdzija, former Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Minister, and Foreign Minister of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Member of the Board of Trustees of the Nizami Ganjavi International Center, gave an interview to his country’s leading newspaper Avaz regarding the Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict.
Lagumdzija noted that Armenia still ignores the well-known UN Security Council resolutions which demand an immediate, unconditional and complete withdrawal of Armenian armed forces from the occupied Azerbaijani territories.
In his interview, the former Bosnian premier also compared the Khojaly genocide with the Srebrenica genocide. He pointed out that Armenian armed forces committed an act of genocide in the Azerbaijani town of Khojaly in 1992, brutally killing 613 civilians.
