Uzbekistan's "fikr.uz", "interpress.uz" and "kun.uz" portals published articles in Uzbek and Russian languages condemning the rocket fire on Ganja.
At the state level, Armenia carries out terrorist acts against the civilian population living in the cities and villages of Azerbaijan, said Hikmat Hajiyev, Assistant to the President - Head of the Foreign Policy Affairs Department of the Presidential Administration at a briefing for representatives of the diplomatic corps at ADA University, the "fikr.uz" and "interpress.uz" websites report.
The assistant of the president added: "After the completion of the internal procedures, appeals to the European Court of Human Rights and other relevant institutions regarding the attacks on residential areas and civilian population by the Armenian armed forces are planned”.
