An interview with Ambassador Jalal Mirzayev on the Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict was published in the influential "Pikiran Rakyat" newspaper of Indonesia.
The article entitled "Azerbaijani Ambassador states that the main solution to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is the resolutions of the UN Security Council" was written based on the interview of the editor-in-chief of the newspaper Noe Firman with Ambassador J. Mirzayev on the conflict and recent events.
The ambassador of Azerbaijan said that despite the declaration of a humanitarian ceasefire twice in the conflict, which flared up again at the end of last month, as a result of provocations by Armenia, the ceasefire was broken and the fighting continued again. It was reported that more than 60 Azerbaijani civilians were killed and 270 injured as a result of the merciless attacks of Armenia on the cities of Azerbaijan during the fighting that started on September 27.
