Qatar's Arabic-language newspaper Al-Sharq published an article about Armenia’s ballistic strike on the civilian population of Ganja on October 17.
It was emphasized that twelve civilians were killed, including two children, and more than 40 others injured
Referring to the views shared by Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan, Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan Hikmet Hajiyev on his Twitter account, the author of the article stated that the reason for targeting the civilian population by Armenia was its defeats on the battlefield.
