President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, and the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan held a trilateral meeting in Moscow and signed a Statement. Signed with the aim of implementing the 10-November Statement, this document implied establishing a working group for the unblocking of all communications and other steps to be taken. After the trilateral meeting, the leaders gave statements to the press. Ilham Aliyev noted that the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict has been consigned to history and we should think about the future, how to live together as neighbours, establish transportation arteries and strengthen regional security.
