The armed forces of Armenia continue to carry out acts of terrorism against our peaceful civilian population by grossly violating the requirements of the humanitarian ceasefire regime, which was announced on October 10, 2020 at 12:00, including the main norms and principles of the Geneva Conventions of 1949.
